Sula Kim is an American journalist who was born and brought up in Los Angeles, California, United States of America. Currently, she works at WDSU (NBC-TV) in New Orleans, Louisiana, as a news anchor and reporter of the 5, 6, & 10pm news weekdays. Previously, before joining WDSU, Kim worked as a weekend evening anchor at KING-TV in Seattle, Washington for two years.
Sula worked at WVEC ABC13 in Norfolk, Virginia, as a general assignment reporter and weekend anchor. She was part of the station’s Emmy Award winning coverage of the Virginia Tech shooting. She also covered many military stories including the Navy Jet crash in Virginia Beach.
Sula was a morning feature reporter for WBAY (ABC) in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She was also host of a live teen talk show on Wisconsin Public Television dealing with tough adolescent issues. Sula helped produce and book guests for the one hour show which won numerous awards across the state.
